Happy New Year and welcome to 2013.

If you’ve been on leave you’re probably wondering where to start. No doubt the first few weeks will be planning how to shuffle the chess pieces into spots where they will be the most effective.

You may  have seen that we now have a HR/Recruitment arm. Nicole, our HR/Recruitment Manager has a strong background in the Resource sector and so that’s where we will be specialising. Assisting in bridging the gender diversity gap, we will focus on placing professional women in this sector.

Our point of difference? We work with you to profile the role first and then ensure only applicants who naturally fit the position and are qualified to do the role are put forward for consideration. Research shows that employees in roles which match their natural behavioural traits are happier and more productive.

We all know the value of having the right people in the job – it saves time and money, lowers staff turnover and ensures stability in the company.
